Central Coast

The name itself should give away our main reason for producing wines from this region. With our focus on producing wines from premium vineyard sites that are strategically located near the cool marine influences, the Central Coast stretches 250 miles along the California coast line from San Francisco County to Santa Barbara County, complementing our winemaking philosophy beautifully. We chose this appellation to produce both our inaugural, and current vintage Chardonnay. When you try our Chardonnay, you’ll understand why we selected the Central Coast.‘”

The Minor Family

The doctors at Monica's hospital thought she might be infected with a deadly strain of bacteria. They flew her to a hospital in Boston where she was diagnosed with necrotizing fasciitis, also known as flesh-eating bacteria.

Defying the odds, Monica survived, but many of her organs didn't. The doctors removed Monica's uterus, ovaries, gallbladder and part of her colon that same day.
